Receptionist / Client Experience Specialist

You will be a vital part of our organization, helping to connect and engage the alumni and members of our client colleges, universities, and associations.

PCI is in need of an active, efficient extroverted person who is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills to join our Receptionist and join the Client Experience Team. This person will be the first impression customers, vendors and guest have when visiting our office.   This position will provide administrative support to Client Experience.  The ideal candidate will bring a passion, a strong worth ethic, a positive personality to the team.  This individual will be reliable, have strong integrity and exceptional organizational skills.  Stable work history; no job hoppers

 What we required from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • 2-3 years in receptionist, administrative assistant or related position.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and a “Can-do" attitude
  • Detail oriented with the proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others - Team Player
  • Customer-service oriented.  Experience in a customer retention role is a plus
  • Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

What you will do:

  • Maintains the office lobby, courteously, cheerfully, and professionally receives clients, customers, coworkers, visitors, and vendors.
  • Assists incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette.
  • Creates a positive image of PCI
  • Scan postcards batches
  • Sort and deliver all incoming mail
  • Manage photo submission mailers, as well as return photos to clients in a timely manner
  • Make update system changes
  • Mail manual update forms to clients as needed
  • Create and respond to customer / client letters
  • Handle undeliverables and exchange request
  • Respond to customers call back request, and manage airline vouchers recordings
  • Assist with Client Experience Inbox, as needed.
