What we required from you:
Minimum 1year sales experience.
2-3+ years in sales is a plus.
The ability to close a high percentage of in-bound sales; meet sales goal.
Strong background in a call center or heavy phone volume environment.
A proactive nature – you look to find solutions to problems instead of just reacting to them or solving them to complete a call.
Patience and integrity approaching each situation with a fresh outlook and the clients’ success in mind.
Have the willingness to learn, persistent, dedicated and looking for a long-term career.
Must live in the in the Little Rock or the surrounding area
