This individual will be working out of our Virginia Beach, VA location.
The Account Management Assistant will be responsible for:
Contacting clients via phone and email to secure content assets for our publications (photos and text)
Responding to clients via email and phone within 24 hours
Answering client inquiries regarding content elements for our publications
Partnering with Account Management team on client communications and timing of asset delivery
This person will have these skills:
Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to proofread and do basic copy writing
Ability to establish immediate rapport
Comfortable with client conversations and communications, approximately 15-20 daily
College degree and computer savvy
Manage to a schedule
An assertive personality, resilient character and a passion to succeed
Coachable and a fast learner
Reliable and committed to working with integrity
