Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a methodical Marketing Data Specialist to join our growing company.  This person will analyze, propose opportunities, and implement prospect life cycle performance strategies on marketing and communications data for campaigns to support planning, and successful execution of Publishing Concepts marketing efforts to increase results.

Responsibilities:

Use analytics to turn data into marketing insights and execution improvements.

Collect data on consumers, and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

Understand business objectives and design marketing to drive prospective customers

Compile, and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

Optimize marketing strategies within and across campaigns.

Track and optimize active campaigns; Include progress toward predetermined goals, budget, and ROI

Extract and analyze data, patterns, and related trends, with the subsequent ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by business decision-makers

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics or related field.

3+ years of experience with marketing processes, operations, data analytics, and/or quantitative marketing.

3+ years of experience translating data to leadership presentation views (data visualization)

Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel

Ability to handle large data sets; Data sources may be from multiple sources and structured or unstructured

Ability to organize and prioritize work balancing interruptions, distractions, and fluctuating workloads.

Exceptional oral and written communications skills

Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers

Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Ability to establish and meet critical deadlines.
